All personal information collected is for MOA use only. This information may include details such as name, age, gender, email address, phone number, postal address and credit card numbers. We will only use your information collected online to fulfil and process your orders. When you purchase from email@example.com or register online you may receive email or online updates about our products and promotions. You can choose to unsubscribe from this service at any time. We will not distribute your information to any third parties. However, we do use other companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf. These services include delivering packages, sending mail or emails and processing payments. They will have access to your personal information in order to perform these services, but are not authorised to use your information for any other purpose.
Cookies ? Our website uses a technology called cookies. A cookie is a small element of data that our website may send to your computer. Cookies will be stored on your hard drive and allow us to recognise you when you return to our website. DELIVERIRES & RETURNS
Due to the boutique nature of our shop sometimes orders can take a little more time to fufilll. This is due to the fact that stock maybe be in transit from the cutters to the sewers to the finishers to the store. Stock is delivered and updated weekly to the shop.
Orders will be processed within 2-5 days .
Please note that orders are processed in working hours Mon-Fri 10am-5pm (NZ Time) excluding holidays and weekends.

Shipping confirmation will be emailed on dispatch. Note that ecommerce purchases placed during the weekend or a public holiday (NZ time) will be processed on the next working day.
A signature is required as proof of delivery so please ensure someone is home to receive the goods, or have it delivered to an alternative address, e.g. work premises.
Duties & taxes
Customs vary from country to country and will need to be paid by you on the receipt of parcel
Make sure you fill in your correct address when ordering from us. We cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order. Email us if your garment does not arrive. Our next step will be to lodge an enquiry with the relevant postal service. The postal service will get in touch with you and then will require a response from you. The whole process can take up to 2 months. It is safer if you can have your items delivered when you are present, so provide a secure daytime delivery address wherever possible. It is important to note that MOA does not deliver to PO boxes.
MOA is a shop in Grey Lynn and offers an edited range from the instore collection for sale online. In the unlikely event that the item you have purchased on line sells in the shop at the same time, you will be promptly notified as to being not available and you will have the option of a full refund, or to have your purchase made to order which will result in a longer delivery time (up to two weeks).
FULL PRICED ITEMS: We will happily offer you the option to exchange with a credit note valid for 3 months or direct refund through your original payment method.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 3 days of receiving your goods at email@example.com, providing your reasons and/or exchange specifications. MOA will offer you either a refund or exchange.
We are happy to exchange size or colour for a period of up to 3 days from delivery. Please note that after 3 days of receipt of goods all sales are final.
Items must be returned unused, unaltered and unwashed. All labeling must still be attached to garment , original packaging must also be returned in good condition, in a secure and waterproof courier bag.
Sale items may not be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty
At MOA Unlimited we pride ourselves on producing high quality garments that pass lovingly through at least 5 sets of skilled hands, ensuring quality control each step of the way.
All MOA products carry a guarantee on faulty workmanship and materials for the expected life of that product. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. It is at the discretion of MOA to determine fault. If you would like to return a faulty item, follow the standard returns procedure.
Upon accepting the fault of the product, we firstly have the option to repair the faulty item or replace it for the same product in the same size.
If we cannot repair or fulfill with a replacement you will receive a credit or refund including your original postage charges. Unfortunately any levies charged at the destination country are non refundable.
Items exchanged for a different size will be processed and shipped back to you at our cost. If we do not have the requested size in stock you will be offered a refund or credit. To ensure replacement on your size request, we recommend that you let us know as soon as possible so we can reserve that garment for you. If the size you request is not in stock we will make it to order in the required size, in which case delivery may take up to 2 weeks.
Exchange of items
If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style or colour you have up to 3 days from receiving your goods to make contact with us. We will then let you know about the availability and send your preferred size / colour.
Unfortunately, your original postage and/or duty, customs fees and levies charged are not refundable.
Exchanges may only be made online and not in the MOA store in Grey Lynn
You will be notified when the exchanged is shipped .
Please remember that refunds will only be authorised if you make contact within 3 days of receiving your goods. Once your item has been received payments will be made within 5 working days. Returns are credited using the same payment method in which they were originally paid. (Please note: your original postage and/or duty, customs fees and levies charged are not refundable)
You will be notified when the refund payment has been made.

We suggest you insure your return package. MOA cannot be held responsible for reimbursement or compensation for lost packages sent to us. Initial and return shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.
Please allow up to 5 working days for exchanges/refunds/credit notes to be processed once we receive them. We will endeavor to keep you updated on the status of your exchange/refund/credit note.
Tips for returns
Please read this information in full. If this process is correctly followed, returns should be processed promptly.
- Items should be returned within five days of notifying MOA.
- We cannot process your return until we have received the goods.
- We reserve the right to deny a return, if the goods returned do not meet our return policy requirements.
- Shipping costs back to MOA are the responsibility of the customer unless the returned goods are incorrect or faulty.
- All discounted/sale items are final. No returns will be accepted.
